NACCFL hosted a productive meeting with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Nepal to discuss technical updates on the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP). The FAO delegation, including Aziz Arya, Regional Policy and Program Officer, and Mr. Deepak Ratna Tuladhar, Agri-Food Systems and Investment Expert, showed a strong interest in NACCFL’s work and the operational model of its member cooperative, SFACL. The discussion included technical updates on the GAFSP project, an experience-sharing session on effective project implementation, and a conversation about strategies to strengthen Nepal's agricultural sector. The NACCFL team, including Acting General Manager Meena Pokhrel, Senior Manager Deewakar Rupakheti, and other colleagues, was also present during the meeting.
