NACCFL is proud to champion gender equality and women’s empowerment through our cooperatives. With 82% women membership in our SFACLs, we have:
- Provided access to skills, knowledge, and capital to women farmers, enabling them to become leaders in their communities.
- Supported marginalized tribes, including Raute, Bankariya, Chepang, Dom, Musahar, and Chamar, with a focus on inclusive development.
- Encouraged women’s participation in decision-making processes at all levels of our three-tiered organizational structure.
- Created income-generating opportunities through agricultural entrepreneurship, helping women achieve financial independence.
By empowering women, we are not only transforming individual lives but also strengthening entire communities.
