यस संघमा रिक्त हुन आएको महाप्रबन्धक पद, पद संख्या १ (एक) को लागि देहाय अनुसारको योग्यता पुगेका नेपाली नागरिकबाट यो सूचना प्रकाशन भएको पहिलो मितिले १५ दिन (कार्यालय समय) भित्र आफ्नो व्यक्तिगत वैयतिक 
विवरण (बायोडाटा), नागरिकता र राष्ट्रिय परिचय पत्रको प्रमाणित फोटोकपी, शैक्षिक योग्यता, प्राप्त तालिम एवम्  कार्य अनुभव सम्बन्धी प्रमाण पत्रहरुको प्रमाणित फोटोकपी, हालसालै खिचेको २ प्रती पासपोर्ट साइजको फोटो 
संलग्न गरी यस संघको धोबिघाट ललितपुर स्थित कार्यालयमा आवेदन पेश गर्नुहुन सम्बन्धित सबैको लागि यो  सूचना प्रकाशन गरिएको छ । 
१) आवश्यक शैक्षिक योग्यता र अनुभव : कृषि वा वाणिज्यशास्त्र वा व्यवस्थापन वा अर्थशास्त्रमा वा समाजशास्त्र  वा कानुन वा जनप्रशासन वा कुनै विषयमा स्नातकोत्तर उत्तिर्ण वा चार्टर्डएकाउन्टेन्सी तालिम उत्तीर्ण गरी बैंक वा वित्तीय संस्था वा सरकारी वा सहकारी वा गैर सरकारी संघसंस्थामा कार्यकारी तहमा कम्तीमा ७ वर्ष काम गरेको वा कुनै विषयमा स्नातकोत्तर तह उत्तिर्ण गरी १० वर्ष काम गरेको अनुभव भएको । 
स्पष्टीकरणः यस खण्डको प्रयोजनका लागि "कार्यकारी तह” भन्नाले कुनै सरकारी, बैंकिङ्ग, वित्तीय, सहकारी वा गैरसरकारी वा अर्न्तराष्ट्रिय संघसंस्थाको अधिकृत ९ औं तहको वा सो सरह वा सो भन्दा माथिको पदलाई सम्झनुपर्छ । 
२) पारिश्रमिक सुविधा संघको नियमानुसार वा पारिश्रमिक तथा सुविधाहरु आपसी सहमतिमा तय गरिनेछ । 
३) संक्षिप्त सूचिमा छनोट भएका आवेदकलाई मात्र कार्यपत्र प्रस्तुती तथा अन्तरवार्ताको लागि बोलाइनेछ । 
४) महाप्रबन्धक पदको विस्तृत कार्यविवरण संघको कार्यालयमा कार्यालय समय भित्र सम्पर्क गरी लिन सकिनेछ । 
५) आवेदन शुल्क रु. ३,०००/- (अक्षरुपी तिन हजार) मात्र संघको हिमालयन बैंक लि. को खाता नं. ०२७०२६८०५३००१९ मा वा नगद संघको कार्यालयमा बुझाउनु पर्ने छ । 

रित नपुगेको तथा तोकिएको समय भन्दा पछि प्राप्तहुने आवेदन उपर कुनै कारवाही गरिने छैन । छनौट सूचिमा परेका उम्मेदवारहरूलाई मात्र कार्यपत्र प्रस्तुती तथा अन्तरवार्ताको लागि सूचित गरिने छ । प्राप्त दरखास्तहरु कारण खोली वा नखोली अस्वीकृत गर्ने वा यस विज्ञापनलाई रद्ध गर्ने अधिकार उपसमितिमा सुरक्षित रहने छ ।

This notice is published to invite applications from qualified Nepali citizens for the vacant position of General Manager (one position) at this Federation. Interested candidates are requested to submit their application to the NACCFL office located at Dhobighat, Lalitpur within 15 working days from the date of publication of this notice. Applications must include:

• A personal bio-data (CV)
• Certified copies of citizenship and national identity card
• Certified copies of academic certificates, training received, and work experience
• Two recent passport-size photographs

1) Required Academic Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in Agriculture, Commerce, Management, Economics, Sociology, Law, Public Administration, or any relevant field
OR Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification AND At least 7 years of experience in an executive-level position in a bank, financial institution, government, cooperative, or non-government organization OR A Master’s degree in any field with at least 10 years of work experience

Clarification: For the purpose of this section, “executive level” refers to a position equivalent to or above Officer Level 9 in any government, banking, financial, cooperative, non-government, or international organization.

2) Remuneration and Benefits:
As per the organization's rules or determined through mutual agreement.

3) Selection Process:
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a presentation and interview.

4) Job Description:
A detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for the General Manager position can be obtained from the NACCFL office during office hours.

5) Application Fee:
